ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

- We are looking for a creative individual, who can lead a team in application development, troubleshooting and overall product development across multiple environments and operating platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

- A minimum BS in computer science or related field (MS preferred).
- Advanced English competency (verbal and written).
- Team management skills.
- Co-ordination amongst technical and non-technical teams.
- At least 5+ years experience in:
Integrating cross platform applications,
Defining objectives by analyzing user requirements,
Designing and developing custom software solutions,
Envisioning system features and functionality.
- Proficient in the following areas a must:
Development/design of Web-oriented software, RDMS( MySQL, PostgreSQL), Linux/Unix, Software engineering, OOD/OOA/OOP.
- Proficiency in the following areas highly desirable: Javascript/AJAX, Flash(AS2/3), Python.
- Strong analytical and people skills, creative problem-solver and ability to spot issues and troubleshoot quickly.
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure and to excel in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
