Senior QA Engineer (ref: IM-SQA-QA01) for long-term and full-time employment at its service center in Lviv, Ukraine. You will have an opportunity to join to the extended team for a financial services company based in the Netherlands, providing factoring and clearing services by ensuring and improving the quality of its front-office and back-office platforms.

YOUR PROFILE
Professional Requirements:
- Higher education in computer science/technical field or related spheres
- Minimum 3 full years of professional experience in the testing field
- Strong technical level of windows application testing
- Scripting, logs parsing background, SQL knowledge
- Having worked in application development teams applying a waterfall approach
- Good knowledge of QA methodologies
- ISEB or ISTQB certification is an advantage
- High level of oral and written English
- Willing to travel abroad

YOUR MISSION

You will take part in quality control process of evolving applications in different technologies (both .NET and java) developed by a distributed team in closed collaboration with the project leader in the Netherland. You will integrate a new team of developers already located in Lviv.
This project includes integration with several systems starting with functional and technical specifications working closely with the Business Analyst and Application Architect in the Netherlands.
It will require strong communication skills to cooperate with team abroad.
Some of your main tasks will be:
- Acquire knowledge of existing application and test cases
- Process regression testing on candidate release
- investigate and comment failures
- improve test cases and documentation
- Develop common test data
- Inform the project manager of any issues that may affect any other areas of the project.
- Ensuring of qualitative output in a timely manner
- Guaranteeing of software development in line with general development processes, defined quality requirements, and the company strategy
- Keeping the documentation up-to-date
